This newly built house with "Mimosa" apartment below sits on nearly two acres of olive grove covered land and is tastefully decorated in the traditional Skopelitian island style. Using the nature around, it has stone built walls and façade and is surrounded by pine forests with some rugged trails winding up into in the woods eventually leading to one of the islands many natural springs. We are in a quiet, elevated location, set back off the road where the view is stunning. Facing east out upon Stafilos Valley covered in olive groves and the opposite hills silhouetted against the clear blue Greek sky. Here, the morning sun is refreshing and late afternoon heat is tempered by the natural shade and sea breezes thru the valley. The apartment has a wonderfully large outdoor patio and barbecue area with dining table and sun chairs for keeping up your holiday tan. The sunrise and moonrise over the mountains opposite is truly inspiring - far from the hectic pace of usual life, enjoy the quiet of the nature surrounding you.
