Booking Conditions
• Upon receipt of your Booking / Enquiry Form we will send you a prompt answer via email and we would make a preliminary reservation for seven days.
• Confirm your flight reservation and inform us via email.
• In order to hold your reservation, we will need to receive your deposit which covers 30% of your charge.
• You may send this money either by a postal money order or bank check - payable to Ioannis K. Kehriotis, sending it to the address below with copy sent by fax, which will confirm your reservation immediately. Or alternatively, you may transfer the money to the Commercial Bank of Greece, Skopelos Branch 727, Account no 727 / 63934054, in the name of Yamouridis G. Dimitrios. -  IBAN number: GR58 0120 7270 0000 0006 3934 054 BIC: EMPOGRAA
• Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive confirmation of your booking and travel details with time tables of hydrofoils, etc. via email. We would send a written and signed certification for the reservation of the house, if client requests so.
• Balance of invoice is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.
• Regarding cancellations - we strongly urge you to take out holiday insurance, which will cover most likely causes of cancellation.
If a booking is cancelled more than eight weeks prior to your arrival, a refund of your deposit will only be made if the gap is re-booked, less a 10% service fee. If the booking is cancelled within eight weeks of arrival date, 100% of the rent will be charged. In the event of non-payment of the balance, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
• You will be met at the hydrofoil port by us or our taxi driver who will take you directly to your accommodation. We can help to arrange your departure transfer.
• Bed linen and bath towels provided; house cleaning, linen and towel change once per week (every 7 days). All water, electricity and arrival transfer included. Please bring your own beach towels.
