This lovely villa, an excellent sample of local architecture, is set high on a hillside between Skopelos town and South coast beaches, in a rural area known as Pefkias. About a ten minute drive from the cottage is Skopelos Town with its quaint shops and traditional waterfront lined with taverns and cafes. Ten minutes in the other direction is the picturesque fishing village of Agnontas and one of the most stunning beaches on the island, Limnonari. Completely private setting, country views, sunny, set amongst pine, olive and fruit trees.

Pefkias’ central location to town and the beaches along the southwest coast of the island, is perfect for those looking for convenience as well as complete privacy in a cottage of excellent standard. «Anelli Cottage» is set on its own grounds in a secluded location where the views are superb down the wooded valleys and to the sea in the distance. The cottage is situated on a small dirt lane with a private driveway to the rear of the house. There is a spacious patio area with chaise longue chairs for sunning and a dining table is just outside the kitchen door for easy serving of alfresco meals.
